Managing Partner
Matt Simpson
Matt has dedicated his life to the landscape industry in Loudoun County. He developed a love for it at 5 years old and never looked back. Through his passion, he has built a company that won INC Magazine's Top Places to Work in 2022 and was a finalist for Top Entrepreneurs 40 under 40.
Office Manager
Shannon Simpson
Shannon is the glue that holds it all together. A Loudoun County native, she runs a tight ship and is responsible for our high-level customer experience.
Operations Manager
Adam Smith
Adam facilitates operations on our design/build projects. He is an expert in all things carpentry, masonry, and project design and management.
Marketing Manager
Makenzie Lucas
Makenzie is our marketing genius and brand manager. She is responsible for our community outreach and social media presence.
